Healthy Voice

Hey there, lovely reader, a quick heads-up— if you’re diving into my blog, keep in mind:

“Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.”

Dear reader, for a while now, I’ve been on a journey to craft the best version of myself, to connect with my spirit, my soul, and see just how far the thread can stretch. 🧵 🪡

This is deeply personal, and thanks to a heart-to-heart with one of my closest friends from New York, I’ve added a new tool to the mix 🤓 I’ll tell you later in the text

Haha, bet it’ll give you goosebumps!

Alright, we’re stepping into intimate territory here haha

I’m no guru or guide—just keeping it real so the mirror’s reflection stays crystal clear 😉

Dear reader, the best version of you isn’t a Black Friday deal 🤡

It’s not handed out to just anyone, and it doesn’t come with an emotional discount 🤑

If no one shows up, I’m still working on it for me—because shining solo isn’t a performance; it’s a light that scorches anything that gets too close.🌟

Our best selves aren’t given away; they’re shared with someone vibrating on the same frequency… Life isn’t about waiting—it’s about living for yourself.

Feminine energy no longer surrenders, sacrifices, or tries to match masculine energy—Sharing is equal, not draining; it fuses energies together.. It’s about feeling with presence, thinking with clarity, and observing with detachment.

Ever since I woke up, I’ve loved spotting the loose threads in everything around me—I want to see how far they pull.. No truth is absolute… but, dear reader, excuses?

They’re just a lack of self-awareness.

Anyone can slap “Hey, I’m X, perfection” in their bio 😒

But let’s be real—who’s drawn to the flaws we haven’t even accepted in ourselves?

It’s tough to grasp that:

We’re a process, not a product—though we can be productive. I’m not “fixing” myself— I’m weaving myself.

It’s not about who we connect with, but where we connect from. Interacting with others is like Wi-Fi—the best connections are always private.

It’s not about letting your shadow follow you by default, it’s about knowing it…My spirit? It’s a sassy, soul-searching vibe, personally.

Let’s keep it honest: a healthy voice isn’t just trained—it’s discovered… And sometimes, what you uncover is that you weren’t fragile—you were delicately fierce.

Why?

I see myself as a teacup filled with whiskey 🥃.. What looks delicate on the outside packs an unexpected twist— ppl call it Dark humor 😼

Once people get to know me, they don’t underestimate me for being sweet, polite, or feminine—there’s grit, there’s history, there’s edge.

A touch of classy advice never hurts: Handle me with care, not because I’m fragile, but because not every throat can handle the burn 😽🔥

Gossip sesh:

This week, I was whipping up a light breakfast before heading to some meetings when a friend of mine texted me:

“Kim, how do I get to know myself better? I’ve been mulling over that topic you brought up last time. Lately, I’m hunting for answers.”

I replied, “There’s no quick recipe or shortcut. It’s hard work, and I think it breaks down into three phases (I’ve seen it in lots of people).”😮‍💨

I went on, “When I was in your shoes, I started reading a ton, stopped buying into ‘absolute truths,’ questioned everything, and, most importantly, observed myself without a filter.

Even now, I’m not here to hoard ideas— I want to sift through my own. Knowing myself isn’t about reciting cute quotes or meditating with incense. It’s about consciously watching your thoughts, seeing how you act in the world… and realizing the actions you choose were already set in motion. Then, you step in, and they no longer own you.”

He said, “Whoa, I wasn’t expecting such a deep answer.”

I added, “Personally, I see three ‘bosses’ or phases in that observation process.

Here’s the quick version:

  1. The first thought is pure instinct. That’s you reacting, mistaking emotions for thoughts.
  2. The second watches the first—that’s where awareness of your instincts kicks in.
  3. The third is the subtlest: thinking about thinking. You’re not trying to control; you’re understanding from within, free of anxiety, stress, or depression.

That’s where the ego, cloaked in applause, gets stripped bare. And heads-up: it’s got nothing to do with external wins. The final boss isn’t desire—you burn that out in the first phase. The third? It’s power.”

Dear readers, while I was typing that, I burned my toast Haha 😆

Touché! 😄
Burnt bread as hard evidence that balance is a romantic myth… or at least, it comes and goes..

When you see your instincts just following a pre-woven thread, you realize free will is kind of an illusion.

Absolute truths?

They’ve been sold to us with top-tier PR since before Jesus had a fanbase 😮‍💨

But by observing without judgment, you start mastering your emotions—And when you see that all the “power” you chase outside is just an ego trap, you get it: the real work starts within.

The mindset shifts—it’s not about owning; it’s about letting go.

Maybe that’s the takeaway, dear reader: A rich inner life doesn’t mean neglecting the toaster 😄 … It’s not always philosophy and a perfect breakfast—just one or the other. 🍞📚

Perhaps true balance isn’t having everything under control but laughing when life gets a bit too toasty… If something burns—a slice of bread, a phase, an illusion—let it fuel something warmer: a chuckle, a chat, a moment of clarity.

One last gossip tidbit…

While analyzing reels the other day (not just watching, but decoding the needs people sell behind their phone cameras)—I came across a clip from an interview, maybe from the ‘80s. A woman said, “We’re not the voice in our heads, because if we were, when it tells someone overweight to diet or exercise, they’d listen.”

Damn!
First, props to her for analyzing anything in an era when women’s voices were barely heard—But, sadly, her take was a bit shallow.

I believe we’re mind and body.. The mind’s driven by your thoughts—the body, by your instincts.

It’s rooted in something real: the body reacts from an animal, instinctual place.

But the mind?

It builds or breaks based on the thoughts we feed it. That’s responsibility, not just “going with the flow.”

In the end, dear reader, this just reminds us that asking questions is the start of waking up.

I’m not here to wake you—I’m here because you’re already awake, and I’m just saying, “Welcome to reality.”

If this post stirred something in you, perfect. I’m not here to convince you. I’m just sitting beside you while you chew on the words that wake you up. I’m not some system pushing a new dogma.

Start savoring the dishes. No truth is absolute—not even mine—and that’s what I love: you get to form your own perspective. 😎

Me? I’m on a spiritual celibacy vibe, baby—a sassy plot twist with a side of “nope” and reclaimed energy.

Waking up isn’t an answer; it’s the first question.
Bye now! 😼💋
